Booking any stays involve full acceptance of the sales terms by the contracting parties.

1/ ALLOWANCES

Pitches rental:

We provide you with an empty site of 100 m² with electricity, water and drainage. Welcoming until 10 persons, you could install your tent, caravan or Camping Car.
Pitches are available from midday on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12.00 on the day of departure. Any overtaking will result in an invoicing for an additional day.
The package includes: free access to the sanitary arrangements, the lake, reception, the game areas and entertainments (offered in July and August).
Supplements: additional vehicle, animal, storage, additional people will be subject of a daily supplement.

Accommodation rental:

Rental seasons definitions: Please refer to the price lists.
Rental periods and duration: weekly rentals or by 2 nights outside the months of July and August.
In High Season, accommodations are rented week by week, from Saturday to Saturday or Wednesday to Wednesday (yurts, funflowers and Mobil homes).
The package includes: accommodation rental, extra charges (water, gas, and electricity), access to the reception, the lake, the games areas and entertainments (offered in July and August).
The package does not include: bed linen.
Supplements: You have the possibility to rent micro wave, sheets or baby’s bed (depending on availability. It must be necessary to book).
Rentals are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10 am on the day of departure. Any overtaking will result in an invoicing for an additional day.
Guarantee deposit: A refundable breakage and cash deposit of 230 € is payable on arrival. Any breakage will be charged as shown on the inventory list provided in each accommodation or as estimated to repair.
The customer must do the cleaning. The accommodation must be returned in perfect condition. In the contrary case, cleaning service is available for 39 €.

2/ PAYMENT OF THE STAY

Booking become permanently after confirmation of our services, after reception of your booking by internet, phone or by post and after reception of the deposit (30 % of deposit + administration charge).
Then, we’ll send you a confirmation by mail or by post.

Pitches: the balance of the stay has to be paid on the evening before the departure.
Accommodations: the balance of your holiday cost is due for payment 1 month prior to the start date of your holiday.
After that your reservation may be cancelled without notice and deposit won’t be refunded.
There won’t be any refund for late arrivals or early departures.
Modification of the stay: possibilities of modifications under reserve of availabilities.

Way of payment:

Check (to the order of S.A.G.A), holidays check, cash, credit card or transfer (Caisse d’Epargne Aquitaine Poitou-Charente – 7 rue Victor Hugo – 86000 POITIERS. IBAN FR76 1335 5004 0108 8907 2475 410, BIC CEPAFRPP 333). You’ll have to mention the number of your booking on the order of the transfer.

Late arrivals/early departures:

Customers not arriving within 24 ours of the confirmed start date of the holiday, or the advised date of arrival , will have the reservation cancelled without refund of payment.

Cancellation policy:

More than 120 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: the deposit is returned.
Between 30 days and 120 days prior to the arrival date: the deposit and the booking fees are retained and treated as payment of cancellation costs.  Less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, or in the event of no-arrival at the campsite: the full rental amount becomes payable.

Insurance:

The Lake of Saint Cyr refuses to accept responsibility for loss or the damaged articles and cars. At your arrival, you have to show your insurance (civil liability, car insurance).

Campsite rules:

All of our tenants are obliged to keep themselves to the house regulations of the campsite.
